The Pool is OPEN!  

The Clubhouse Pool is open and the center of attention. After all of the renovation work last year, we have a great pool. That was the first major renovation of the pool in 30 years and it brings the pool up to equal any other pool in the area. As the main amenity here at Laurelwood, we are proud of the work that has been accomplished and invite all residents to enjoy the sun and fun. 

Please remember and observe all Pool Rules. State Law Prohibits Smoking at the Pool. No Alcohol at the pool, No Glass Bottles, No Running or Diving, and No one under 16 years of age without being with an adult over 18 years of age. Due to the small size of the pool and in consideration for others, we can not accommodate pool parties.

We're Building A Better Community

Recently, your Board of Directors passed a new measure setting up standing committees to reach out to all owners and create a platform so your voice may be better heard and passed on to the board as a committee report.  

The Standing Committees are:

Projects Committee - dealing with needed improvements
 
Community Development Committee - helping to develop programs and materials that promote the Laurelwood Community as a whole

Architectural and Standards Committee - In order to preserve property values, the committee reviews and helps maintain compliance with the Architectural integrity of the community  as well as helping to set standards for safety and appearance.

We need your participation to make these committees work. If you would like to serve on a committee, please leave a message at 719-7439 and we will put you in touch with the committee chairperson.
